About The Role
Our Research Coordinator is responsible for the project management, administration and coordination of our research collaborations and activities. From drafting study documentation and supporting with writing content for applications to coordinating study meetings, administrative processes and updates, this role requires excellent time management, prioritisation and communication skills.
Duties include:
- Coordinate collaborative applications (e.g. collating budgets, letters of support, CV’s)
- Plan and co-ordinate study meetings both on and off site, collate supporting materials and circulate agendas
- Track study participant visits, expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Manage and monitor Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Investigator Site File (ISF).
- Support study start-up activities, including site initiation, feasibility evaluation, and setup
- Assist with study enrolment to maximise recruitment
- Aid with the monitoring of Perspectum sponsored studies
About You
We are looking for a proactive individual who excels in multitasking, enjoys organising, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively while using your initiative.
Experience in project administration and coordination with a focus on healthcare is essential.
A Life Science degree (or equivalent), project management qualification, and knowledge of ICH-GCP are beneficial but not required. Additionally, experience in handling budgets and financial figures would be a plus.
