Perspectum is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own our East Coast territory, joining a regional CSM team responsible for the adoption and retention of our clinical imaging software across US health systems. This is a full account-ownership role: the CSM is the primary point of contact for their accounts from implementation through steady-state clinical adoption, working closely with cross-functional partners across the business to remove friction and keep accounts moving forward.

Success in this role means building direct, trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital administrators, and having the judgment to navigate the operational and reimbursement complexity that naturally comes with large academic medical centers.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Perspectum, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers feel supported every step of the way. You’ll act as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, deeply understanding their goals and guiding them to maximize value from our products.

This is a relationship-driven role where collaboration, communication, and customer advocacy are at the heart of everything you do. Your duties will include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building long-term, trusted partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer retention, expansion, and growth
• Champion the voice of the customer by ensuring feedback is captured, shared, and acted upon
• Manage workflows, timelines, and expectations to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Travel domestically up to 20% to support customers and strengthen relationships

About You

You are passionate about customer success and energized by working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You bring a customer-first mindset and have a proven ability to deliver outstanding experiences within healthcare or health technology. 

A must have:

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• A solid understanding of clinical workflows in healthcare settings
•  At least 2–3 years' experience in a client-facing or clinical customer success management role, or a related field-based healthcare commercial role
• Willingness to travel across the eastern territory and based in an official East Coast state

Desirables:

• 5+ years' experience in a client-facing or clinical customer success management role, or a related field-based healthcare commercial role
• Preference based in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida, or New York
• Familiarity with medical coding and reimbursement; experience in medical imaging
• Experience with US hospitals or imaging facilities, including adoption of new post-processing applications or managing technical projects

Please note, applicants must be based in an official East Coast state — Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida. This is a fully remote role covering East Coast, USA. Our ideal candidate should be also comfortable traveling to our Boston hub/nationally to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
