At Perspectum, we're looking for an experienced MRI professional to join our Imaging team as an Imaging Applications Specialist II. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused MRI Radiographer or Technologist who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and helping bring innovative imaging technologies into clinical practice.
About the Role
As an Imaging Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the successful implementation of our imaging solutions. You'll lead site activations, deliver training, perform quality control activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain the highest standards of image quality for clinical data.
You will also work closely with Product Development and Research teams to support imaging protocol design and contribute to the continued improvement of our products and processes.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver customer onboarding, training and site activation activities.
Support MRI quality control processes and imaging excellence.
Perform and support high-quality MRI scans.
Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinical teams and research partners.
Collaborate with Product, R&D and Operations teams on imaging-related projects.
Represent Perspectum at industry conferences, events and customer meetings.
Drive continuous improvement across imaging workflows and processes.
Manage customer accounts and imaging-related projects.
What We are Looking For
Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience working as an MRI Radiographer / MRI Technologist.
Strong practical experience performing clinical MRI examinations, including abdominal MRI.
Cardiac MRI experience and confidence working with cardiac imaging protocols.
HCPC registration (or eligibility to obtain registration).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Desirable
Previous experience in imaging applications, clinical training, or MRI workflow implementation.
Experience supporting research studies or imaging protocol development.
Experience mentoring colleagues or leading projects.
Additional language skills.
